hi there heres my story started going the gym about 3 months back to loose some weight and gain muscle i have gained muscle but not what i want maybe because of my diet i recently changed my diet (4 days ago) to a high protein low carb and low fat diet this because i am going to start bodybuilding.
i do have a stomach on me though and i was wondering what is the best way to get rid of it mainly because i want 6 pack abs for when i go into competition ive had a look and have seen that a balance of cardio and weight training is good but can u loose the weight on your stomach without cardio training because i hate cardio excersize only thing cardio i like to do is cycling and rowing i hate running.
so what do i do plz help!!
