Now that Muscle Media is gone and Muscle&Fitness sucks, where can I go for good advice, print magazines only please.
I'am 6'0" and I weigh 182 pounds. I'm taking in about 2500-3300 calories a day. I train 6 days a week for just over an hour a day.I'am aware that I will have to increase my calories to bulk up but how fast and how many. Naturally I do not want to move up in cal so fast that I put on unwanted fat but at the same time I would like to grow at the fastest rate that nature will permit.Thanks!
