I was first introduced to SizeOn Creatine by Gaspari Nutrition from a personal trainer friend of mine while working out in our local gym. I had been off creatine for a while and asked him if he knew of any good creatine products that may have come out recently. Based on both the literature as well as my own personal experience I would venture to say that Creatine Cluconate will probably turn out to be one of the most effective creatine bodybuilding supplements ever.
