Gaspari Nutrition SizeOn Creatine is the first, and as far as I am aware of, the only Creatine product at this time that is made out of Creatine Gluconate. Based on both the literature as well as my own personal experience I would venture to say that Creatine Cluconate will probably turn out to be the most effective creatine bodybuilding supplement ever created. Creatine Gluconate is actually the ionic salt of a creatine ion combined together with a glucose ion so SizeON gets absorbed into the muscles much the same way as glucose does.

Most other creatine delivery systems previously used to get creatine into the muscle use only a single stage delivery system. For example: Creatine Ethyl Ester (CEE) uses the ethyl ester to deliver creatine but when the molecule splits into ions, you are left with both creatine (good) and ethyl alcohol (bad). There is no secondary affect to force the creatine into the muscle cells faster or more completely.  However,  with Creatine Gluconate the glucose is the delivery system making it an extremely effective bodybuilding supplement.  SizeOn is first absorbed into the bloodstream and then  when the ion split occurs, you end up with creatine and glucose. The glucose then causes an insulin spike that literally pushes the creatine quickly and completely into the muscle cells. SizeOn mixes very well into water, tastes great, can be combined with other products (for example, I mix in some Liquid Egg Whites Protein and drink it during my workouts) and more importantly, it’s likely to be the most effective and powerfully anabolic creatine ever made.
