I sometimes eat maybe 3 or 4 beef burgers made from 100% mince beef with chopped onions and 1 egg. i make them myself. are they good for you.? i dont butter the bread.. and when im cooking the burgers im grilling them. are they good for you? and bodybuilding?

Yes, if they are just pure meat burgers then they are very high in protein and so they are good for muscle growth and bodybuilding. You are cooking them in a healthy way too which will help to keep the fat content down and therefore keep your body fat percentage down. Eating them is fine, but you should still not go overboard due to the saturated fat present in red meat.
