I hear Whey Protein and Creatine Monohydrate and the most important. Also which I am using now. Bow what about Glutamine? Do I need it? Will it help?

L-Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in the body! It is great to mix L-glutamine and whey protein together. Make sure you are consuming a high quality whey protein minus the fillers and additives.
