If you’re looking to lose fat on your legs then cardio and diet are the best way as you can’t spot reduce fat from a particular body part. As you lose fat you’ll eventually lose it from your legs as well.

@44871umair There is no specific excersie…Its mostly nutrition (diet) and working ouut (cardio at the right times + weights)
