brewer has shit proportions in his upper body. his legs are good, but then his calves are not in proportion to his legs or even upper body, and for jay n king, they look fat as fuck. priest looks fucking massive!!! love to have arms like that
water retention can actually be due to several possible things but biggest is probably sodium loading and/or creatine. But most importantly if one lifts HARD and HEAVY one has to make sure they are SUPER HYDRATED so that muscle can recover. Dry ligaments, tendons and muscle fibers will TEAR if stressed and dehydrated.
