I have some extra body fat on my arms so its kinda killing my tone on my arms. How can i burn that arm fat on the bottom of the arm to get more tone. Also what are the best ways to get arm deffinition

Unfortunately spot reduction isn’t possible when it comes to fat loss. A focus on overall fat loss is really your best bet. How your bodyfat is distributed as well as how readily it is willing to let go of fat in different areas is entirely up to your genetics.
A focus on eating the right amount of food for YOUR body, doing some type of interval training cardio, and a well balanced weight training program will get you there faster than anything else.
Usually in men the arms and legs are the first to lean out and the abdominal region is the last to lean out.
Exercises will not improve arm definition. Fat loss will improve arm definition. As the fat drops you’ll see more muscle separation.

The best thing to do in your situation is to do lower weight higher rep workouts with your arms. Also, doing some weight loss and cardio will help out. But the higher repetitions that you do of an arm workout, the more definition that you will end up getting.
