I’ve recently started heavy weight training sessions in the gym but keep getting infections like flu and chest infections.
My weight training sessions are intense and I also do intense interval cardio on alternate days. My goal is weight gain and big muscles.
What can I take to help keep my immune system strong?
Thanks.

I would scrutinize your supplements or diet, something isn’t right. Do you eat sugar? If so stop. Use hand sanitizer at the gym.
I highly recommend taking liberal amounts of EsterC & marine betacarotene (algae – spirulina or dunaliella) taken 3x day for 6 weeks to build up your immune system, you can then take once or twice a day thereafter for maintenance.

Eat extremely healthy and use immune system pills. But here is probably why you eather have a low immune system or you need to Clean the Equipment before use.

In the gym, where equipment is shared by many there is a higher risk of such things due to the equipment not being cleaned. You can use antiseptic wipes to wie the grips /handles off before and after you use them. On those rare occasions when I use the exercise room at work I always wipe off the handles of the elliptical and weigh machine ( if I even use it ) before ( for other people’s germs ) and after( in case I’m carrying anything).I have yet to contract anything.

You need to make sure you are eating clean and are taking a multiviatamin.
