during bodybuilding how much sleep is required for the muscles to grow?

sometimes i only sleep for 5 hours,at other times i sleep for 10-12 hours….is 5 hours enough,and is 10 hours 2 much?thanks

    8 hours is recommended and no 10 hours is not too much.

    As any recommended sleep time:

    From 6 to 8 hours.

    And don’t do from Monday to Sunday, leave at least one day for the muscles to rest.
