Try eating 250 grams of protein a day... You can&#039;t go wrong with that. 

And humans have a built in mechanism for telling you how much you need to drink daily. It&#039;s called &quot;thirst&quot;. When you feel thirsty, it means it&#039;s time to drink something. It doesn&#039;t mean water by itself, it could be water mixed with carbs or protein, like a powerade, a glass of milk, or a protein shake. 

If you have 4 protein shakes a day and you may not feel thirsty at all... 

And you need to get a blunt knife and poke around the bottom of your ON Whey and find the proper scoop so you can use the properly measurements instead of a table spoon.</description>

		<description>if your doing bodybuilding and only taking about 4 tablespoons of whey, that is way to little, unless you are eating a lot of meat. You should be taking about 2 grams per 1 lb of body weight. for the water, it should be at least a gallon.</description>
