if your doing bodybuilding and only taking about 4 tablespoons of whey, that is way to little, unless you are eating a lot of meat. You should be taking about 2 grams per 1 lb of body weight. for the water, it should be at least a gallon.

Wow, 420 grams of protein a day sounds like a fair bit, Wilber57. Are you sure about that one?

Try eating 250 grams of protein a day… You can’t go wrong with that.

And humans have a built in mechanism for telling you how much you need to drink daily. It’s called “thirst”. When you feel thirsty, it means it’s time to drink something. It doesn’t mean water by itself, it could be water mixed with carbs or protein, like a powerade, a glass of milk, or a protein shake.

If you have 4 protein shakes a day and you may not feel thirsty at all…

And you need to get a blunt knife and poke around the bottom of your ON Whey and find the proper scoop so you can use the properly measurements instead of a table spoon.
