Ok, well as some of you know RedBLAST has been online now since around 2002. I can’t believe it sometimes when I think back. I first started RedBLAST.com as a hardcore underground bodybuilding website that had a huge focus on Anabolic Steroids but after a while I just didn’t feel right about that. I mean, I fully support someone’s right to do that stuff if they want, and it’s legal where they live, but life is too short to be taking unneccessary risks with your health.
Just about anyone can still achieve amazing full body transformations or obtain SuperHero bodybuilding physiques and strength through proper training, nutrition, supplementation, recovery, and mindset. So I made the change to a more “healthy” form of Bodybuilding and fitness lifestyle focus for the site.
Now, after a couple of years of wanting to, I finally switched to using a wordpress blog as a content management system instead of the old static html website which means I’ve got a lot of work ahead to re-write several years of hardcore bodybuilding and fitness content and post it all up here for you guys. In the end I hope you’ll like the change as we can interact more easily with comment posting and replies… plus you can get updates a lot easier by subscribing to my RSS FEED

Nitro products and creatine are two different animals. Nitro boost supplements are basically variations of the amino acid Arginine which helps to increase the nitrogen oxide in the body.
