I would say thats normal. My right arm is about 1 inch bigger than the left. Just measure your arms if your really concerned.

hey scooby i was wondering how much grams i should be eating a day if i want to lose LOTS of fat. im planning to eat 1800~2200 calories a day with 40 minutes of cardio everyday and 30~40 minutes of weights 3~5 days a week. I’m currently 5’5 and 150 pounds. I took rough, as in using a ruler, estimates with your bpm calculator and it says ill need to be around 110 for a six pack to show. at the moment i can see a faded “+” sign if i flex in certain lightings.

hey guys few days ago a small dent poped up in the middle of my bicep of my left arm, my right arms still the same just not certain what to make of this does any1 know if its bad? any help much appreciated

Ha yeah I’m the same way. I think that when you go to work out your left arm is more rested because you don’t use it as much, so it can do more in the gym than your right arm. But in actuality your (and my) right arm is stronger so it’s bigger.

Scooby,I have a question about reps & sets. I’ve seen your video about how much weight to lift. I’ve been working out for 3 months. My question is “when is the right time to increase the weight”? For example, if I am able to do 12 reps in my 1st set, 10 reps in 2nd, 08 reps in 3rd and barely 5 reps in my fourth set all to failure, do you think its time for me to increase the weight or should I wait until I am able to do 12 reps in all my four sets? Your response will be much appreciated, thanks!

At first, I looked at his face and after awhile I decided that was kind of gay, so I looked at his pecs. After a couple minutes I realized that was even more gay. Now I’m awkwardly staring at his fishes…

Oh, I can totally relate to the not being able to walk down steps after an intense leg workout!
Cracked me up!

I hear scooby talks about beginners. but what is a beginner? 1 month? 3 months? 1 year? I don’t know i’ve been working out 3 months and i guess im a beginner right?

do more weight for lower reps on the weaker hand, (with dumbbells ofcourse) and for the strong, but small one, do like 20 reps with smaller weights
April 24th, 2012 at 4:36 am
me too its normal
April 24th, 2012 at 4:36 am
Beautiful pecs <3
April 24th, 2012 at 4:36 am

i always get dizzy spells during workouts?
April 24th, 2012 at 4:36 am
Scooby’s reply to this question was that each person has a different body type and to keep lifting for a few years until it becomes a potential issue.

Thank you for posting videos. I’m a beginner, training to become a firefighter. Your instructions are very easy to understand, which is something that is hard to find sometimes. Just want you to know, your help is truly appreciated.

Keep weight workouts to 60min max or your body starts producing cortisol which unfortunately counteracts muscle growth.6-12 reps 3-4 sets per exercise. Choose a good weight to work with do cardio for 15 -30 mins 3-5 times a week & eat a balanced diet & you can’t go wrong!
