I want to find a Body Building Forum – I have recently become more and more interested in my fitness and in body building, and I am looking for an online community where i can share my experiences and maybe gain some tips and advice?

I believe The Fit News has a list of the top 10 largest fitness forums on the internet. Either of them will definitely provide you with a place to ask, answer and discuss bodybuilding, but you’re probably best going straight to the source and joining up to http://www.bodybuilding.com ’s forum. That’s where all the latest research and fads come from and there are plenty of awesome journal logs.
