you dont need any supplements to build muscle/strength the twins have stated so in other videos.buy good food.a glass of skimmed milk after a workout is all you need.the hell with paying $40 for whey protein its a pure waste.try going without supplements and see if you notice any changes in performance.save your money for some beer or whatever you want

Gnc can price match. The problem is that sumthings are exclusively sold at gnc or gnc .com. its always good to have a friend that works there . Their return policy is rediculous too, they really want u to like what u buy. Not trying to defend gnc I agree their prices are high 90% of the time. But I would like everyone to know that there are gnc employees who aren’t trying to rape ur wallet who actually give a damn about helping, fyi they don’t get comission on everything.

You get 20% off any supplement the first 7 day of the month, and if I go to rite-aid right now, they will sell me a whey supplement for 35 dollar which I can get for $15 at gnc. Dude gnc is not that expensive, BODYBUILDING . com is super expensive wtfff. Gnc makes you get the gold card so everything you get is cheaper when you buy it….so gnc hands down is the CHEAPEST . and if were gonna go for cheapest online then its allstarhealth . com … they ship super fast too
