You can build a muscular body at any age. The book that I strongly recommend is Body-for-Life by Bill Philips. He gives you step-by-step instructions on changing your diet, lifestyle and motivation to get the body of your dreams.  You will get outstanding results in 12-24 weeks if you stick to the program.

My source of inspiration is Bodybuilder Ray Moon, who turns 80 this year.  Aged almost 80, Moon has overcome polio, open-heart surgery, prostate problems and financial ruin to become an Australian body building champion.

My advice is that you join a local health club, get a mentor or a physical trainer and start working out.
