I've looked at stemulite but I can't seem to find any where I live. I don't want to take creatine or roids.

Honestly man, you don't even need supplements. Just lift heavy, sleep well, and eat a lot. Try eating protein bars right after a work out and drink a lot of milk. If you want more protein, add powdered milk into regular milk. That way you get a ton of protein and the same results without having to pay for expensive supplements. GL!

Egg Whites are the best protein… low fat, no cholesterol, low calories but tons of complete protein… Not really a supplement but great to add into your diet. I get mine from http://www.eggwhites-international.com Also creatine is really good for strength and endurance. Try this
