1.Cardio at least 3 days per week.
2.Use appropriate weights(wherein you can perform 8 to 15 counts without stopping or being too fast).
3.Give emphasis on protein(at least 1.2 to 1.8 grams of protein per kg body weight).
4.Can use fat burners, as it speeds up the fat metabolism.But, cardio is a must with this.
5.Avoid junk or oily.
