Hi I am working out again I do cardio 5x weeks and I also lift weights I just want to know the difference

lol meggles you got that in reverse….
Body builders aim to get big muscles in proportion . They have a bulking cycle then a cutting cycle.
Most body builders train fro stage posing competitions and drop down to almost no body fat just revealing muscles in proportion . You cant have huge arms and skinny legs .
or abs and no shoulders.
Strength training is geared for that. Either toward a sport or if you are a power lifter.
strength training you do not worry as much about your body fat and diet like a body builder does.
Body builders have strict gym routines and diet plans along with supplements .

strenght training is just getting stronger to be the strongest at what you trying to acheive, like being the strongest and most poewrful boxer, not the most powerful being in the world.
