I’m 22, almost 23, and really skinny. It’s hard for me to put on weight and I’ve wanted to really start bodybuilding for a while but it seems like all the pro’s who have these great physiques have been doing it since they were like 14 or something.
I’m already 6-8 years behind, is there anyone in the bodybuilding or fitness world who could honestly tell me if anyone who eventually "made it" to magazine covers or competitions started as late as 22?

i was skinny growing up, didnt start lifting till i was 22 (25 now) and i went from 150 lbs to a stout 205 lbs @5’11”. i could get bigger if i wanted but the more you weigh, the slower you are, and its harder on the knees.
